Originally from McMinnville, TN, Tim Hill has called the Chattanooga area, home, since 1984. As a former Realtor and home inspector turned mortgage loan officer, Tim brings a very well-rounded career which aids his referral sources and clients during the home buying process. 

Tim is the father of a former NCAA D1 golfer. An avid golfer himself, you will often find him and his daughter competing on the links.

To start 2023, Tim joined the Guaranty Home Mortgage retail division, which complimented the company’s mission and expansion efforts into the East, TN community. 

Tim shares a love for audio-video technology. With his time at the office or at the Clear Creek Church in Hixson, TN, Tim utilizes this talent to serve others. And speaking of servitude, it’s this spirit that defines Tim. He is a friend to many and someone that everyone looks up to.
