Mortgage Loan Officer

Valarie Miller is a Chattanooga native and graduate of UTC majoring in Public Relations and Psychology.  Her expansive experience in the financial services industry has sharpened her focus to be client centered. With a history in investment advice and retirement planning her knowledge of personal financial planning solidifies her knowledge of addressing challenging situations.  

To start 2023, Valarie joined the retail division of Guaranty Home Mortgage Corp. The Loan Officer position compliments Valarie’s well-rounded financial experience, while assisting a 30+ year-old Nashville based mortgage lender expand into the East TN market. 

Valarie and her husband Chad enjoy family time with their almost adult children, and all things outdoors on their oasis in the middle of the woods.  From four wheeling to trail walking to bird watching and porch reading, Valarie loves outdoor life.  With kids having played soccer, tennis, lacrosse, football and wrestling, she is a lover of sports and cheers for many teams.
